  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

2. Shipping Rates and Estimates:

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Estimated delivery times depend on your location and shipping method selected at checkout.

3. Shipping Destinations:

  • We ship to most countries in the EU and Switzerland in compliance with all applicable Swiss and EU import/export regulations. If you are outside these regions, please contact us at contact@gauchotradition.com to confirm if we can deliver to your location.

4. Delivery Times:

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 5-10 business days.
  • Express Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 2-5 business days.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes:

  • All prices displayed on our website include Swiss VAT, in compliance with local regulations.
  • Gaucho Tradition is not responsible for any additional customs and taxes applied to your order outside of Switzerland. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

6. Order Tracking:

  • Our shipping carrier is Swiss Post.
  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update.

7. Shipping Issues:

  • Our shipping carrier is Swiss Post.
  • If your package is delayed or lost during shipping, please contact us at contact@gauchotradition.com. We will work with Swiss Post to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
  • To facilitate delivery, we share your name, address, and email (if needed) with Swiss Post.

8. Incorrect Shipping Information:

  • Ensure that all shipping information is accurate when placing your order. Gaucho Tradition is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
  • In cases where corrections to shipping information are required, we may collect and store your updated information (e.g., name, address, and contact details) solely for the purpose of ensuring accurate delivery. This data will be processed in compliance with GDPR and will not be shared with third parties beyond what is necessary for delivery.

9. Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at contact@gauchotradition.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We will address the issue promptly.

  • Gaucho Tradition reserves the right to update or change this shipping policy at any time. Customers will be notified of significant changes to this policy at least 30 days in advance via email and on the updated policy page, in accordance with GDPR transparency requirements.
